All purchases of digital services, including credits, server upgrades, and premium features, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the service has been delivered.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated services.
